Staffing Solutions - How It Works
As your staffing provider, we make it easy to find and hire talent quickly and hassle-free.
As a new client, you'll sign our standard
Letter of Agreement (LOA)
which will allow us to work directly with your on your behalf and staff your positions
with our consultants.
After we have received our standard LOA, we begin the process of defining the staffing
assignment
(career postings)- short or long term and the technical
and business requirements for the project - which is reviewed and agreed upon by
your team. These
career postings will enable our recruitment staff
to find the best candidates and consultants for your project.
As with all
career postings, we will select the most qualified
individuals and present them to you for review and selection. Although it
is our function to advise you on candidate selection, the final choice is always
yours. Never do we place unqualified candidates for career postings, and you
will never interview or review any candidate that we have not qualified for your
position(s).
Once a candidate is selected and you wish to proceed with the staffing placement,
the next steps are simple. As defined in the career posting, you have outlined
the staffing assignment roles, technical requirements and other requirements such
as work hours, dress code, etc. Our candidate consultant will arrive at your
office, or work on your project as you have defined. At the end of the assignment,
you need only sign off on the staffing assignment timecard and you will be billed
for our services.
Once you have completed your first assignment, you'll be eligible to logon to our
interactive website and post your career postings and review candidates for these
positions. This is a free service, never a fee.
As with all of our staffing solutions, you'll only receive one bill. Never
will you be required to pay any of our candidates employment taxes or benefits -
making our staffing solutions easy and affordable.
